Finance and Executive Assistant

Competitive Salary

Part Time Position - Hours Negotiable. 

My client is an established Construction and Development business operating within the Cambridge and London areas. They are looking to add to their fantastic, experienced team an experienced Administrator with experience working in or alongside a finance team, who can also fulfil the position of an EA, to assist supporting the MD across all business activities.

Duties & Responsibilities:
·Inputting weekly data to SAGE software
·To Process and code a high volume of purchase ledger invoices.
·Dealing with supplier queries & supplier statement reconciliations along with bank reconciliations.
·Office management including utilities, building management, reconciliation of service charge
·Prepare general correspondence on behalf of the MD, including the drafting of general replies.
·Development of content for website / social media
·Preparation and processing of the payment runs on a weekly basis
·Minute general meetings as required
·Maintaining HR files and accurate electronic records
·Schedule meetings and diary management
·Credit Card management
·Invoicing and management of debtor's ledger
·Preparing and submitting monthly CIS reporting, sending out quotation requests, reviewing received quotations, raising and issuing purchase orders
Experience & Desirables
·Excellent communication skills with the ability of organising and prioritising, along with excellent written English
·Strong interpersonal skills and strong attention to detail
·Intermediate to advanced knowledge and experience using Microsoft Packages including Excel, Outlook and Word
·Sage Accounting experience preferred but not essential
·Knowledge, and experience of company accounting including CIS and VAT is essential
·Previous and proven Exec PA/Administration experience preferred
·Previous experience working in the property or construction industry (desirable, not
·Ability to gather extensive amounts of information and synthesize into concise reports and presentations
·Ability to communicate at all levels with both financial and non-financial management. 


Negotiable Salary depending on experience
