Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday - Friday

A legal services provider is looking for an experienced Claimant Subrogation Solicitor to join their specialist team. This is a great opportunity to manage a high-quality caseload of pre-litigated and litigated motor claims for high-net-worth insurers.

The Role

• Manage your own caseload of RTA claimant matters
• Handle both pre-litigated and litigated motor claims
• Assess liability and quantum, set strategies and negotiate settlements
• Take a proactive approach to recovery, including issuing proceedings
• Liaise with insurers, credit hire companies and external specialists
• Maintain compliance and accurate use of Proclaim

About You

• Qualified Solicitor or equivalent
• Motor Litigation experience essential
• Experience in subrogation and uninsured loss recovery
• Strong knowledge of credit hire
• Confident handling of Small Claims, Intermediate Track and Fast Track matters
• Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
