Tissue Viability Nurse - Join Our Clinical Excellence Team

We are seeking a highly skilled Tissue Viability Nurse to support the delivery of outstanding wound care and pressure ulcer prevention across our organisation. This role is ideal for a clinician who is passionate about improving outcomes, providing education, and driving best practice in tissue viability.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct specialist wound assessments and develop evidence-based care plans
• Provide expert advice to carers and nurses on pressure ulcer prevention
• Support audits, incident reviews, and MDT clinical governance
• Deliver training to staff on wound care, dressings, and monitoring
• Liaise with community nurses, GPs, and wider healthcare partners

What We're Looking For:
• NMC Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD)
• Advanced knowledge of wound care, chronic wounds, and tissue viability
• Experience working in community, residential or acute care
• Strong clinical judgement, teaching ability, and documentation skills
