• Coordinate team diaries, internal systems, and dashboards

• Support scheduling, reporting, and supplier management

• Be the first point of contact for tenants and landlords

• Log, assess, and follow up on maintenance issues

• Track resolution timelines and escalate as needed

• Organise works, chase quotes, and ensure timely follow-up

• Maintain accurate property records and compliance logs

• Assist with onboarding tenants and document management

• Prepare basic invoices and track job costs

Essential:

• Exceptionally organised with a can-do, proactive mindset

• Understanding of the tenancy process

• Good working knowledge of Excel and cloud-based systems

• Must own a car for site visits
