Paraplanning Administrator - Bristol | £28,000-£32,000 DOE + Benefits

A well-established and growing wealth management firm based in Bristol is seeking a Paraplanning Administrator to join their team on a full-time, office-based basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive professional with experience in processing new business applications and a broad understanding of investment and financial planning products.

• Support Financial Planners and Paraplanners in the preparation and implementation of client recommendations

• Manage the processing of new business, including applications, transfers, payments, and client updates

• Produce suitability letters and assist with research collation and report preparation

• Maintain accurate CRM records and client files to meet regulatory standards

• Coordinate with internal teams and third-party providers to ensure seamless client service

• Strong administration background within a financial planning or investment management environment

• Ideally holds CF1/RO1 or equivalent

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with excellent attention to detail and time management

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 (depending on experience)
