The Role

You will support fee-earners on a busy and varied caseload including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Remortgages and transfers of equity
• Drafting contract packs and requesting searches
• Preparing completion statements and assisting with SDLT/HMLR applications
• Managing client communication, providing regular updates with professionalism and warmth
• Ensuring administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time

You will become a key part of the department, supporting smooth transactions from instruction to completion.

About You

• Experience within a Residential Conveyancing team (6 months+ ideal)
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Confidence liaising with clients, agents, lenders and solicitors
• A proactive, eager-to-learn approach
• Excellent attention to detail and a calm, solutions-focused mindset
