Required: minimum amounts of education or experience required to qualify for the job.
• Master’s Degree in a field related to behavioral health care.
• Three (3) years of experience in Supervisor or Leadership role directly related to Behavioral Healthcare.
• Clinical Independent Licensure applicable to State Regulations.
• CPR and First Aid Certification.
Preferred: desired qualifications of a candidate for the job

JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The following sets forth the primary responsibilities of this job, but is not an exhaustive list. The Organization, through its managers and supervisors, reserves the right to assign any additional duties necessary to meet the needs of our patients, partners and/or employees.

1. Provide support to Chief of Clinical Services, as needed
2. Provide support to Executive Directors, as needed
3. Conduct site visits to support Executive Directors ensuring all facilities are functioning effectively clinically, operationally, and financially
4. Project management and implementation support for clinical initiatives
5. Support implementation of projects related to collaboration with referral sources, payers, and other funding sources
6. Provide direct supervision to ACCESS Program Director
7. Support with development, establishment, and monitoring of goals and metrics related to clinical services
8. Provides support to clinical aspects, if needed, and in collaboration with Clinical Director of Residential Services
9. Provide training for Executive Directors and Program Directors in Residential and Outpatient Services, as needed
10. Temporarily fill for Executive Directors, as needed
11. Support all tasks and activities required to maintain compliance with the Joint Commission and any other relevant regulatory agency.
12. Adheres to Valley Hope’s clinical philosophies, policies, and procedures as well as any other regulating bodies including Joint Commission Standards and State applicable regulations to ensure quality patient care and compliance.
13. Interacts and communicates with others (patients, co-workers, management, and vendors) in a professional and tactful manner including treating them with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: The following is intended to give and overview of the work environment of the
position, but is not an exhaustive list.
• Office setting, traditional hours as delegated per Supervisor.
• Able to work overtime to the extent necessary.
• Direct contact with patients, families, and referral sources via the telephone.
• Sitting for extended periods of time of up to 4 hours; regularly talking to and listening to others.
• Ability to travel 30% of the time if requested per Supervisor. Travel can increase for situational circumstances.
• Able to work at a rapid pace for long periods of time (typically no longer than 8 hours).
• Able to push, pull, pull up, bend at the knees and waist, twist body at the waist, raise and hold arms overhead, turn head-neck-shoulders as needed, grasp other items with hands, for either extended periods of time or many times throughout the workday.

**Work environment is remote. 
**Must be available to travel about 30% of the time.
