We are seeking an experienced Operations/Practice Manager to support the seamless running of the business, working closely with the Directors, Financial Planners, Paraplanners and Administrative teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring efficient workflows across departments.

Provide strategic support to the Directors and senior Financial Planners.

*

Line manage support teams, including paraplanners and administrators.

*

Maintain and enhance operational processes, systems, and compliance standards.

*

Support client service delivery and ensure adherence to FCA regulations.

*

Oversee HR processes including performance management, recruitment and training.

*

Lead or support business development and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

*

Essential: Previous experience as an Operations Manager or Practice Manager within a Wealth Management or IFA firm.

*

Strong understanding of financial planning processes, FCA compliance, and regulated advice environments.

*

Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

*

Proficient in industry software.

*

Commercial awareness and a solutions-driven mindset.
