Being at the leading edge of the S Operations you are expected to provide and deliver a quality system of work in the areas of heating/plumbing repairs and maintenance in a timely manner.
As a Plumber you are expected to meet the targets set of you to achieve this role, these include, but are not limited to First Time Fix, Productivity, Customer Satisfaction and Cost per Job.
You are expected to keep apprised of any regulation changes and uphold the highest quality of work.
This system of work is based on the sound principles of a good Health and Safety Policy, thus ensuring that the service the Company provides continues to meet the ever demanding and changing requirements of our clients and their customers.
1. Essential Qualifications & Experience:
* Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing.
* Energy Efficiency.
* Full Clean UK Driving Licence.
* Minimum of 1 years plumbing maintenance experience.
* Unvented Hot Water
Additional sought qualifications:
* Solar Thermal, , Air Source Heat pumps, Ground Source Heat Pumps,
Key Tasks:
* To carry out repairs as directed to any water-based system that provides heating, hot and cold-water services.
* To minimise parts costs.
* To maintain customer satisfaction.
* Identify where situations or conditions are to unsafe standards and take. appropriate actions within your remit.
* Ensure that your actions put the safety of other employees and or residents first.
* Proactively seek to improve Customer Service and process.
* Investigation and resolution of complaint jobs.
* To achieve a first-time fix in excess of 75%.
* Carry out task as set to you by the Regional Field Manager.
* Use and maintain tools, equipment and personal protective equipment in a safe and appropriate manner.
* Any other duties as set to you by other Managers or Directors
