A Sales Coordinator is needed, Permanent position Monday to Thursday 7:30 am- 4:30 pm, with a Friday finish at 12:30, Circa 25K per year. Benefits Private health care, Life assurance, Private Healthcare, Annual company bonus.
A leading manufacturing company requires a Sales Coordinator to join their team, and the company would like the role to develop further for the right person. As well as the general administrative duties associated with the position the company does require someone who can call existing customers to assist with selling aftermarket products.
The role would suit somebody who may have worked in the following areas customer service, telesales, and sales administration etc.

Key Responsibilities of the Sales Coordinator

Calling existing customers to inform them of new products that would meet their business needs.
Sending samples
Order taking
Prepare shipping documentation
Chase for payments
Liaise with the warehouse regarding stock
Deal with customer queries effectively and efficiently
Maintain databases relating to administrative activities
Setting procedures and training notes
Strong focus on customer service
