Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a 16-week roof fit-out project for a major supermarket. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on schedule, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise and coordinate all on-site roofing and fit-out activities

* Manage subcontractors, labour, and materials

* Ensure strict compliance with health & safety regulations and site protocols

* Conduct daily briefings, progress reports, and site inspections

* Liaise with project managers, clients, and external stakeholders

* Monitor project timelines and address any issues that may impact delivery

* Maintain accurate site documentation and reporting

MUST HAVE: CSCS, SMSTS, ASBESTOS AWARENESS, FIRE MARSHALL, FIRST AID
