The Early Career Teacher Role:

• As a Key Stage 2 teacher, you will:
• Take shared responsibility for a Year 3 or Year 4 class.
• Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
• Collaborate with year group colleagues and TAs to deliver interventions and inclusive learning.
• Foster a nurturing environment where every child can thrive.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - ECTs welcome and encouraged to apply.
