Why Work as a Cover Supervisor?
Cover Supervisor roles offer hands-on experience managing a classroom, delivering pre-set lessons, and supporting students in their learning. It's the perfect opportunity to build your confidence, develop essential behaviour management skills, and gain a real insight into school life all while being paid.

What We Offer:

Daily pay between £90 to £130, depending on experience

Placements in a variety of welcoming and supportive secondary schools

Flexible work to suit your availability - ideal for gaining experience before teacher training

What We're Looking For:

A strong interest in becoming a teacher or working in education

Experience working with young people (e.g. tutoring, youth work, mentoring, sports coaching)

Confidence in leading a classroom and managing behaviour

An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one

Whether you're taking a gap year, switching careers, or preparing for a PGCE or other teacher training pathway, working as a Cover Supervisor is the perfect way to gain essential experience in real classroom settings.
