We are working with a leading law firm in London who are looking for a Trade Mark Assistant to join their team, full-time, on a one year contract basis.

For this role, you will need at least a year of experience working within a busy trade mark team. A CITMA qualification would be an advantage. However, this may not be essential if you are qualified by experience. Additionally, you will need strong experience in using IP management systems – Inprotech experience would be beneficial. Strong communication and organisation skills are essential.

Duties:

• Diary management.
• Liaising with Intellectual Property Offices.
• Handling client queries, providing case updates.
• Opening / closing cases.
• Preparing appropriate correspondence.
• Acknowledging official communications.
• Drafting and filing trade mark and design applications.
