The Role:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Site Support Lead to oversee and coordinate support functions within out M58 warehouse operations, with a strong focus on eCommerce fulfilment. This role is critical in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, supporting frontline teams, and driving efficiency across inbound, outbound, and inventory processes. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in warehouse logistics, leadership experience, and a deep understanding of eCommerce fulfilment workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

* Act as the primary point of contact for operational support across the warehouse

* Monitor ad resolve issues related to order processing, inventory discrepancies, and system errors

* Ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of eCommerce orders, including picking, packing and shipping

* Lead and mentor a team of support staff, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback

* Coordinate with warehouse supervisors to allocate resources effectively during peak periods

* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, accuracy, and safety

* Collaborate with IT and the systems teams to optimize our WMS and fulfilment tools

* Generate and analyse operational reports

* Track KPI's and provide insights to management for continuous improvement

* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies

* Promote a culture of safety and accountability across the site

Skills/Experience/Qualifications:

* Previous experience in a leadership role within a warehouse or e-commerce environment.

* Experience of Leading change and implementing Best Practice methodologies into live operations

* Ability to produce documentation designed to provide control and oversight to all levels of the Management Team

* A demonstrable track record in managing high volume, service driven operations for Customers

* Track record of working closely with customers and able to illustrate examples of how they have managed such relationship

* WMS Systems (CloudX experience would be an advantage)
