Role and Responsibilities:
- Maintain the general ledger and handle accounts payable/receivable
- Perform bank reconciliations and support financial reporting
- Prepare budgets, statements, and management reports
- Support audits and ensure compliance with regulations
- Assist with premium collection and related financial transactions
- Keep accurate records and support day-to-day accounting tasks
The Person:
- Proven experience in accounting, ideally in financial services
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Skilled in accounting software and Microsoft Excel; Acturis experience is a plus
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and analytical
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
