Right now, we have openings for turf management technicians. As a turf management technician, your primary focus would be applying nutrients and preventative products, diagnosing insect, disease and weed issues, and taking steps to ensure thick, healthy lawns - an essential part of the landscape.
Job Responsibilities:
● Safely and efficiently service properties: assessment and application
● Work independently to accomplish tasks
● Professionally communicate with customers and co-workers
● Record work completion, products used, and area serviced
● Be responsible for maintenance of assigned company equipment
Requirements:
● Attention to detail and safety
● Availability to work Monday through Friday and occasionally Saturday
● Ability to regularly lift 50 lbs and occasionally lift up to 75 lbs
● Willingness to work in varied temperature and weather conditions
● Strong verbal and written communication skills
● Driver license and clean driving record
● DOT Commercial Driver Medical Certification (within 30 days of hire)
● Rhode Island Pesticide Applicator License (within 90 days, we’ll provide training)

● $18 - $24 per hour based on experience

Position:
● Full-time with winter layoff
● Hourly pay, paid weekly
● The typical weekday begins at 7am and requires availability until 6pm - depending on the work that is scheduled
