CNC Machine Operator (Horizontal Boring Experience Preferred)
📍 Location: Middlesbrough
💷 Pay: £14.22 per hour basic + shift uplifts
🕒 Shifts: 3-shift rotating pattern (see below)

We are looking for an experienced CNC Machine Operator to join our growing team. Ideally, you will have experience operating a horizontal boring machine, but full training can be provided for the right candidate with strong CNC machining experience.

Proven experience as a CNC Machine Operator

Experience with horizontal boring machines highly desirable

*

Ability to read engineering drawings

*

Good understanding of machining processes and tooling

*

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

*

Comfortable working a rotating shift pattern

Pay & Shift Pattern

Basic Pay: £14.22 per hour
Shift uplifts apply as follows:

Earlies: ×1.17 (£16.63)

*

Lates: ×1.25 (£17.78)

*

Nights: ×1.33 (£18.91)

Rotating 3-Week Shift Cycle:

*

Week 1 - Days: Wed, Thurs, Fri - 07:00-19:00

*

Week 2 - Nights: Mon, Tues, Wed - 19:00-07:00

*

Week 3 - Mixed:

*

Days: Mon & Tues - 07:00-19:00

*

Nights: Thurs & Fri - 19:00-07:00
