The Role - Learning Mentor

A friendly and inclusive primary school in Enfield is looking for a Learning Mentor to join them in September 2025. This is a full-time role, supporting children who may need extra help with their learning, behaviour, or emotional well-being.

You'll work with pupils one-on-one or in small groups, helping them stay on track, build confidence, and manage challenges. You'll also work closely with teachers and parents to make sure each child gets the support they need.

This role would suit someone who's worked in a school before—maybe as a teaching assistant, youth worker, or in a pastoral role..
