The Company

Morson Group PLC is made up of the human capital resource business “Morson International” and Morson Projects Limited a dedicated engineering consultancy.

The Role

We are currently seeking an Expenses Clerk to join our Payroll Department Expenses Team at our Head Office in Eccles, Manchester

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Payroll Supervisor you will be responsible for ensuring that all contractor expenses administration is processed efficiently and effectively.

Specific duties include:

* Undo expenses scan and send to talisman in preparation to attach

* Attach expenses by timesheet numbers correctly in Talisman

* Printing of expenses from RT Queue resolve and update tickets when required

* Answer email queries if required

* Learn how to process expenses and mileage and have an understanding of VAT and Flat Rate VAT

* Paying uploads

* Dealing with telephone queries

* Paying holidays from holiday forms

The Candidate

It is essential that the candidate has worked in an office administrative role and is accustomed to high volume data entry and has excellent interpersonal skills.

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy. Able to work as part of a team and work on own initiative is desired
