We are recruiting for a Landscaping Labourer to join a well-established, family-run business working across Oxfordshire.

You will be working on a range of projects, from general garden improvements through to full landscaping builds, supporting experienced landscapers and learning on the job.

The Role

You will be supporting the team on-site with a variety of landscaping tasks. No two days are the same, and the work is hands-on and practical.

Duties will include:

* Assisting with general site preparation

* Moving materials and supporting the team

* Helping with paving, patios, fencing, and landscaping tasks

* Keeping sites clean, organised, and safe

* Supporting experienced landscapers on projects

You will be working across sites in the Oxfordshire area, including locations such as Banbury, Bicester, Abingdon, and Chipping Norton.

What We Are Looking For

* A strong work ethic and willingness to learn

* Someone reliable, punctual, and happy to get stuck in

* A positive attitude and team-focused approach

* Some previous labouring or outdoor work experience would be helpful, but not essential

* Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

Important

* You must have a full UK driving licence and your own transport to get to sites

* This is a physically active, outdoor role
