We are seeking an experienced Level 2 Teaching Assistant's (SEN) to join a warm and supportive Primary Special School in Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and skilled practitioner to make a real difference in the lives of children with a range of complex needs.

The Role:

Full-time position, ASAP start

Temp to Perm opportunity - the school is keen to appoint successful candidates on a permanent basis

Working across primary age groups within a specialist SEN setting

Essential Requirements:

Level 2 TA qualification (must hold to be considered)

Proven experience supporting pupils with: Complex needs, Cognition and learning difficulties, including severe learning difficulties (SLD) and Speech, communication, and language difficulties

Strong understanding of tailored learning approaches and strategies to support pupils' individual EHCP targets

Ability to work collaboratively with teaching staff, therapists, and wider school teams
