We’re seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic, and proactive Individual Needs Assistant to join a vibrant and supportive school in Eastbourne. This specialist setting caters to children with Complex Needs, including Autism, non-verbal communication, and personal care requirements.

What We’re Looking For:
- Patient, flexible and resilient individuals
- A genuine passion for working with children with additional needs
- Previous experience as a Support Worker, Carer, or in a SEND role (personal experience also considered)
- A proactive approach and willingness to get involved in all aspects of school life
What You'll Be Doing:
- Assisting children with personal, physical, and medical care needs
- Encouraging independence and confidence through supportive, structured routines
- Delivering tailored learning activities to meet each child’s needs
- Contributing to a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment
- Working alongside experienced teachers, therapists, and support staff
Key Details:
- Location: Eastbourne
- Start Date: ASAP
- Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
- Training: Ongoing CPD and optional qualifications available
- DBS: Enhanced DBS required (we can assist with this process)
