Based in Ringwood, my client is looking to recruit Customer Service Advisor to join the busy team on a temp to perm basis.

Duties

• Responding to our customers via email
• Dealing with customers queries on our system
• To deliver a superb customer experience by responding quickly and professionally at all times
• Getting it right "first time every time"
• To ensure all calls are answered promptly and professionally
• To ensure all emails are responded to in a prompt and professional manner
• To ensure all written customer communication is professional and accurate

Flexible hours worked across the following shifts:

Rotating between

7.00am - 3.30pm,

9.00am - 5.30pm 9.30am - 6.00pm

Salary: £11.55 per hour

Hours: 40 hours over Monday to Sunday

Duration: Temp to Perm

Location: Ringwood
