Quantity Surveyor - Up to £70K plus package - Colchester

Our client is actively recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join their growing Commercial Team, based out of Head Office in Colchester.

The Quantity Surveyor role is a pivotal role within their business, one that offers the chance to take full commercial responsibility for a diverse range of projects across the healthcare, education, commercial and public sectors ranging in value from £1m to £10m.

As a Quantity Surveyor you will need to demonstrate strong contractual knowledge, attention to detail and a proactive mindset being confident in managing costs from pre-construction to final account.
