About the Role:
Our client is looking for an experienced and reliable Site Supervisor to join their team on a busy project in Fawley. This is an ongoing position, offering consistent work for the right candidate. The work will be on the largest oil refining facility in the United Kingdom and one of Europe's most complex petrochemical sites.
The successful supervisor will support daily operations on-site, manage teams, ensure health & safety compliance, and liaise with project management to keep works on schedule and to standard.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise site operatives and subcontractors
*
Coordinate daily site tasks and logistics
*
Monitor site safety and conduct toolbox talks
*
Ensure work is delivered to quality and time standards
*
Support site foreman and project managers with reporting
*
Maintain accurate site records and documentation
Requirements:
✅ Previous experience as a Site Supervisor
✅ Strong understanding of health & safety procedures
✅ CSCS card (required)
✅ SSSTS or SMSTS certification
✅ First Aid at Work
✅ Excellent communication and leadership skills
✅ Ability to manage teams and work under pressure
