What you will be doing:

Assess and process mechanical breakdown claims in line with policy terms.
Deliver exceptional service to customers, dealerships, and repair partners.
Communicate effectively with repairers and main dealer workshops.
Ensure accurate and timely claim validation.
Maintain complete and consistent claim records using internal systems.
Support continuous improvement of claims processes and team collaboration.What you'll be doing:

Solid understanding of motor vehicles (training provided for non-technical profiles).
Strong administrative and IT skills (MS Office proficiency essential).
Excellent communication and empathy when dealing with customers.
A team-first attitude with a proactive and positive mindset.
Ability to take initiative, solve problems, and stay accountable.
