We're looking for a passionate and bright Graduate Software Design Engineer to join their development team. This role offers a rare opportunity to help shape the next generation of monitoring software, contributing to complex, high-impact projects from day one.

The Opportunity:

You'll be working as part of a small, collaborative engineering team, developing software that underpins mission-critical communications systems. This is a hands-on, onsite role offering excellent exposure to new technologies and real-world product development.

What You'll Need:

A 2:1 degree (or higher) in an engineering or numerically focused discipline (e.g. Computer Science, Electronics, Physics, or Maths)

Ideally, 2+ years of industry experience (though strong recent graduates will also be considered)
