SUMMARY OF POSITION
Accurately & efficiently cook meats, vegetables & other hot food products as well as prepare & portion food products prior to cooking. Cook & prepare a variety of food products using a variety of equipment according to the Daily Prep List.
• Must possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in kitchen preparation & cooking.
• At least 6 months experience in a similar capacity.
• Must be able to communicate clearly with managers & kitchen personnel.
• Night & weekend availability required.
• Must be able to bend, stoop & frequently lift up to 60 lbs.
• Must be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
• $50 bonus after 30 days. Additional $50 after 90 days.
