Our main contractor client is looking to appoint a Site Manager to join their expanding team in the Midlands region.

They deliver Commercial, Industrial and Residential projects throughout the region both on behalf of clients and for their own development work with the current requirement being in Nottingham delivering a New Build Steel Framed Office Project.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience delivering similar mixed projects whilst maintaining high H&S standards, co-ordinating all site works, supervising sub-contractors, with the ability design short term construction and scheduling programmes and hold a current SMSTS, First Aid Certificate and CSCS Card.
