Our client, a thriving Private Equity firm based near Victoria, are looking for a Team EA to join their collaborative and supportive business. The company is elegant, intellectual, focused, calm, heads down – and fast. A fantastic opportunity for someone who has financial services experience and is looking for their next step with a boutique firm.

The ideal candidate will be driven, resourceful, respectful, a good team player, able to handle a multitude of projects and to adapt to a quick and flexible environment. A good sense of humour and professionalism is crucial.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting a team of 5
  • Arranging domestic and international travel
  • Meeting organisation
  • Complex diary management
  • Processing expenses and invoice reconciliation
  • Coordinating team events
  • Support and document preparation for meetings
  • Ensuring compliance is up to date and adhered to
  • Setting up conference calls and AV systems
  • Administration support to the team

Requirements:

  • Approximately 2-3 years’ experience in a similar position
  • Fluency in French or another European language desirable but not essential
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • High level of flexibility
  • Proactive
  • Team player
  • Well presented with a warm and approachable nature
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite
