We are currently seeking a dynamic Organizational Change Management Consultant to work within our Management Consulting Practice The Organizational Change Management Consultant is responsible for using data driven solutions to address factors affecting our client’s approach to reach their strategic objectives. This position will require deep experience in change communication utilizing a variety of communication methods and vehicles to meet stakeholder requirements and ensure successful client adoption in technology and human capital. Essential Job Functions: Knowledgeable in strategic and tactical change communications approaches, leading edge practices, trends and information. Owns major end-to-end processes and events on a project, takes initiative, and uses problem solving skills to think beyond the task to the outcome that needs to be achieved. Develops and implements innovative change management communication strategies and plans. Partners with the business to ensure an understanding of the current culture. Advises project sponsors and project teams on change management communication approaches to support successful project outcomes. Uses a variety of communication methods and vehicles that meet the needs of specific stakeholder groups and audiences. Establishes a regular cadence of relevant, easily accessible content through various communication channels targeted to a diverse client employee base. Independently gathers information from a variety of sources; to analyze, interpret, and summarize data gathered, and to deliver insights. Coordinates closely across the team to ensure message alignment and integration across multiple topics and channels. Conducts a communications audit to determine the effectiveness of the communication in terms of level of awareness, understanding, perception, and adoption for each stakeholder group. Measures, reports and adjusts communications and change management activities as part of the larger OCM team to achieve the desired results. Monitors communication plan milestone completion; identifies process and operational roadblocks; owns and consults solution development with stakeholders and escalates critical decisions to reach alignment. Fosters teamwork, collaboration, and learning within the team contributing to a positive work environment. Requirements: BA or BS Degree in related area of study, a plus; PROSCI certification, required; Minimum of five (5) years of experience in organizational change management program design and implementation; Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Project Management and Resource Management; Passion for landing change; High EQ with demonstrated communication and teaming skills; Excellent interpersonal communication, leadership and relationship building skills; Must have experience influencing stakeholders in written and oral communications; Expertise in the Change Management tools and methods; Experience conducting business process sessions resulting in fit/gap analysis and production of detailed process flows; Experience working with third party providers and consultants; Proficient with Excel, Visio and MS Project; Minimal travel to satellite work sites in the U.S. may be required.
