We are currently seeking to appoint an outstanding and experienced Teaching Assistant in Borehamwood to join a highly regarded, academically ambitious independent school on a permanent basis from May half term.

The RoleWorking closely with teaching staff, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day life of the classroom and the wider school community. Responsibilities will include:
- Providing high-quality classroom support across a broad and engaging curriculum
- Working with pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups to extend learning and reinforce understanding
- Supporting pupils with diverse learning needs, ensuring they are fully engaged and challenged
- Assisting in the preparation of high-quality learning resources
- Contributing to the smooth running of the classroom and maintaining high standards of behaviour and engagement
