Location: NG2 (Nottingham)Day Rate: £95-£105 per dayContract: Fixed Term - Academic YearHours: Full Time, Term Time OnlyStart Date: September 2025

We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a welcoming and supportive primary school environment in the NG2 area. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference to children's learning, wellbeing and development.

The Role:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with varying needs
• Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons
• Encourage positive behaviour and active participation in learning
• Support pupils' social, emotional, and academic progress
• Help prepare resources, displays, and learning materials
• Promote inclusion and ensure all pupils can access the curriculum

The Ideal Candidate:

• Experience working with children in a school setting (EYFS, KS1, or KS2)
• Understanding of SEND strategies and personalised learning approaches
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Patience, empathy, and a positive approach to supporting children
• A proactive attitude with the ability to adapt to different learning environments
