Our client, a reputable franchise-approved car dealership in Gloucester, is seeking a dedicated Used Car Sales Executive to join their professional team. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Car Sales Executives to advance their careers within a leading automotive group recognised for its excellent service standards and expansive franchise network. The successful professional will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, exceeding sales targets, and promoting a comprehensive range of used vehicles.

Benefits as a Car Sales Executive:

Competitive basic salary of £19,000 with a company car; or £23,000 basic salary with no company car.
Uncapped earning potential with a performance-related commission scheme, offering on-target earnings of £45,000+ per annum

Working within a friendly and professional environment with a supportive teamDuties: 

Sell used vehicles, including a wide range from city cars to SUVs, ensuring customer satisfaction
Assist customers in selecting add-on products such as accessories, finance, insurance, and extended warranties
Keep customers informed about vehicle delivery timelines and resolve any queries promptly
Collect payments and explain warranty and service arrangements effectively
Introduce customers to the Service Department and demonstrate vehicle features
Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
Maintain detailed and accurate records of sales activities
Work independently to maximise every sales opportunity
Attend training courses to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniquesRequirements as a Car Sales Executive: 

Proven experience in vehicle sales, preferably within a franchise-approved dealership environment; experience outside franchised settings also considered
Strong sales track record with excellent customer relationship skills
Confidence in presenting vehicle features and explaining finance options
Driven to meet and exceed sales targets with a professional approach
Full UK driving licence with minimal points
Demonstrated commitment to delivering high standards of customer service and personal development
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
