Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Foster a caring, safe, and engaging learning environment where children flourish, develop self-confidence and independence, and show respect for others.
  • Encourage students to work hard and maintain a positive attitude towards learning, helping them to become confident in their abilities.
  • Raise and sustain high standards in education through innovative teaching practices.
  • Engage effectively with pupils, staff, and parents to build a community-oriented educational environment.
  • Contribute to a dynamic team, continuously seeking excellence for all students.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Proven ability to raise and sustain high educational standards.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with pupils, staff, and parents.
  • Ability to enthuse and inspire children.
  • Strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
