The Sales Executive will be pro-actively selling all the companies products by maximising business from new customers through an innovative approach and always delivering best experience to all our customers.

This business, based in Ascot, are well-known and highly respected.

It is a very impressive organisation with a reach of over half a billion people, with significant and growing digital and social media engagement.

They are now looking for another Sales Executive to join their fun and sociable team.

Description

Key responsibilities include:

* Achieving sales targets and maximise sales through all sales channels.
* Maximising revenue and profit through the implementation of a sales activity plan by proactive selling (face to face meetings, cold calling and personal contacts) through a sales platform and use of commercial management techniques (Salesforce, OPTIMO diary management, Enta, Linked In and other management tools).
* Being fully responsible for the conversion of incoming enquiries to confirmed bookings.
* Ensuring all leads are contacted within 24 hours with an overall 80% conversion.
* Researching and identify new market and account opportunities.
* Assisting in preparing sales collateral and presentation materials including proposals.
* Ensuring the enquiry call process supports ARL delivery standard and KPI's are achieved.
* Maintaining accurate records on prospects through the venue management system.
* To be aware of competitor pricing, understand the dynamics of the local market and the demand generators, and the effect this has on profit.
* Actively participate in local networking groups and relevant trade bodies.
* In conjunction with all relevant partners ensure that the levels of Customer Service are market leading.
* Being actively involved (when required) in the events hosting activities.
* To continuously demonstrate the companies morals i.e. act as a role model through the companies values to provide the best possible customer service where delivery is always maintained.
* To undertake special duties or work outside the normal daily / weekly routine but within the overall scope of the position at the request of the Senior Management Team.

Profile

The successful candidate will have:

At least 1 years experience and able to demonstrate success in a sales environment. Understanding and experience of business development/management and selling to both corporate and private individuals. Competence with Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
