Architectural Technologist - London

A leading AJ100 architectural practice is seeking a Architectural Technologist to join their London studio, leading residential and mixed-use projects from RIBA Stage 4 onwards.

About the Role

*

Lead detailed working drawings (plans, sections, elevations, schedules, details).

*

Coordinate multi-disciplinary design packages with clients, consultants, and contractors.

*

Oversee projects through RIBA Stages 4-6, mainly residential and commercial.

*

Mentor junior staff while working autonomously.

About You

*

Strong technical skills on medium to large-scale projects (residential/mixed-use preferred).

*

Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office.

*

Knowledge of Building Regulations, NHBC/LABC guidance, and housing standards.

*

Proven experience leading teams and coordinating complex projects (£5m+ preferred).

*

Advanced technical detailing and understanding of contemporary construction methods.
