We are recruiting for a market leader in their industry who are seeking an enthusiastic Administrator to support the General Sales Manager with the daily operations within the department.

Our client boast an impressive turnover and a large network of branches across East Anglia and the South East.

The successful applicant will have previous experience in a similar role, bring an upbeat, positive attitude to the workplace and be able to demonstrate longevity of service with previous employers.

Duties:

Input orders

Input accounts - purchase and sales information

Manage the hire fleet: hiring of equipment, tracking its location and length of hire, servicing requirements and payments for hire

Handle all incoming enquiries and queries including face to Face in the company showroom

Provide full administrative support to the department

The person:

Confident user of MS package

Strong administrative experience

Confident dealing with customers both over the telephone and in person

Able to demonstrate longevity of service with previous employers

The benefits:

39 hours per week

Tuesday - Saturday
