Academics Ltd. is seeking a committed and proactive Behaviour Mentor to join a secondary school in Swindon. This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals interested in education, youth support, or future teaching roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one and small group behavioural support to students
  • Work alongside teaching staff to develop and implement behaviour strategies
  • Encourage and reinforce positive behaviour through consistent guidance
  • Track student progress and adjust support as needed
  • Contribute to a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment

What We're Looking For:

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport
  • Patience, empathy, and a calm approach to behaviour management
  • A proactive and solution-focused mindset
  • Ability to remain composed under pressure
  • Previous experience with young people or in a support role (desirable, not essential)
