Our client a New Build Residential Developer are seeking to appoint an Assistant Site Manager for a New Residential Development in the Preston Area to commence late July.

Previous experience will be required in this Market.

Duties will include, Monitoring Sub Contractors Health and Safety, Dealing with Locistics on Site, Monitoring Quality and Customer Care.

CSCS, First Aid and SMSTS are required.
