The right candidate will be a purposeful and ambitious Geography Teacher who has the drive to take a lead on improving the school. The school want to recruit someone who has a good grasp on good and outstanding teaching, confident in their ability and able to consistently deliver effective lessons and learning with a positive approach. You will be able to promote high expectations and exhibit a balance between authoritative and pastoral communication.
