About the Role:
As a Health Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our service users. You will assist with daily living tasks, promote independence, and help maintain a safe and comfortable environment.

Responsibilities:

• Providing personal care and support
• Assisting with mobility and daily activities
• Monitoring and recording observations
• Supporting service users with meals and hydration
• Upholding dignity, respect, and person-centred values at all times
• Working effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 months' experience in a care or support role
• A caring and empathetic nature
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Right to work in the UK
• Flexibility to work various shifts (desirable)
• Relevant training or certificates (advantageous but not essential)
• Must be a driver with a full UK driving licence.
