About the Role: This is a general classroom TA position supporting a Year 4 class, with occasional 1:1 support for pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN), particularly in reading and writing.
Key Responsibilities: - Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons
- Provide targeted 1:1 support to SEN pupils when required
- Assist with classroom activities and behaviour management
- Help pupils access the curriculum and reach their full potential
Essential Requirements: - Experience working with KS2 pupils
- Strong understanding of SEN and the UK primary curriculum
- Excellent behavioural and classroom management skills
- DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one
- UK address and right to work in the UK
