CNC Router Operator - Machine Shop Operative

Location: Bishop's Stortford | Permanent Full-Time | Circa £25,000 - £30,000 PA, Depending on Experience

Join a fast-growing manufacturing company investing in the latest CNC technology. We're looking for a hands-on CNC Router Operator to set and operate CNC routers. working within a small, skilled team.

Key Responsibilities:

Set and operate CNC routers
Maintain a clean and safe workspace
Inspect parts to meet customer specifications
Ensure tooling and materials are ready for production
Support with costings and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For:

CNC setting/operating experience
Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
Proactive and reliable team player
Willingness to learn and grow with the company
Chance to learn how to set and operate CNC Lathes and CNC Mills
