Highways & civils site supervisor

Grimsby

Rates £35.00-£40.00 per hour

Linsco are currently recruiting for a Highways & Civils site supervsior in the Grimsby area.

Starting ASAP you must have the following.

SMSTS
1st Aid
CSCS
Qualified to HND/C level with a preference for degree level or equivalent.
A proven track record working in the Civil and Build industry.
CSCS and SMSTS trained
Experience in working with NEC3 or 4 contracts as a Site Supervisor. JCT contract experience is desirable.
Ability to work on own initiative with limited management.
An understanding of DMRB and the Specification for Highway works.
Detailed understanding of Health and Safety legislation, working experience of Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 and understanding of legislative aspects of project delivery.
Commercial awareness and experience of working within a multi-disciplinary design environment.
Ability to communicate confidently and clearly, conduct effective negotiations with client, stakeholders, subcontractors and third parties.
Demonstrate a high level of initiative in managing workload, be self-motivated, have strong interpersonal skills and the attitude, conduct and demeanour to reflect Equans values.Applications:
