Visit tenants regularly to assess support and tenancy management needs.

Signpost and refer individuals to specialist services as required.

Promote engagement with housing monitoring tools (e.g. Housing Proactive).

Maintain accurate and timely records of tenant interaction and progress.

Coordinate property maintenance, refurbishments, and handovers.

Liaise with landlords, suppliers, and contractors, managing disputes and ensuring value for money.

Monitor and maintain health & safety and compliance standards in properties.

Contribute to service development, inter-agency meetings, and performance reporting.
