Extensive experience of managing small - medium value domestic repair contracts.
Experience of the insurance repairs market
Good working knowledge of contract conditions, CDM regulations, risk management and cost control including forecasting, actual cost and value reporting.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Self-motivation and enthusiasm.
Problem solving and analytical thinking
Clean UK Driving Licence
