Are you an organised administrator who enjoys keeping transport operations running smoothly? This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy logistics team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

As Transport Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting daily transport operations, ensuring shipments are planned, tracked, and communicated efficiently from start to finish.

• Work closely with Transport, Planning and Customer Service teams
• Process shipments using TSS (Trader Support Service) ensuring accurate customs documentation
• Book ferry crossings and manage transport schedules
• Monitor deliveries and provide ETA updates to customers
• Liaise with drivers, hauliers, ports and customers to ensure smooth movement of goods
• Manage and track Proof of Delivery (PODs), ensuring timely return and filing
• Raise and process invoices accurately in line with completed deliveries
• Maintain transport systems, logs and spreadsheets with up-to-date information
• Provide general administrative support within a busy transport office

• Previous administration experience (transport/logistics experience desirable)
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Confident using IT systems, spreadsheets and transport software
• Strong communication skills with a proactive, problem-solving approach
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
