* Designing and implementing tailored care plans based on each child's needs

* Promoting a trauma-informed, therapeutic approach to all aspects of care

* Conducting staff training, supervision, and appraisals

* Building strong relationships with external agencies and professionals

* Taking part in the on-call rota and offering flexibility around weekends

* Undergoing a performance and salary review after 6-month probation

* Strong knowledge of safeguarding legislation, child development, and trauma-informed care

* Confident leadership with the ability to guide and support your team effectively

* Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills

* Enhanced DBS check (required prior to appointment)

About Our Client

* A strong leader who leads by example and puts the child's needs first

* Calm, patient, and emotionally resilient in challenging situations

* Deeply committed to the principles of child welfare, safety, and rights

* Passionate about making long-term, meaningful changes in young lives

* A professional who balances managerial duties with a hands-on presence

What Is On Offer

* A competitive salary, with review after successful probation

* Bonus for maintaining a 'Good' or 'Outstanding' Ofsted rating

* Ongoing training and professional development opportunities

* A supportive environment with regular supervision and team collaboration

* Wellness initiatives and a focus on work-life balance

* Generous holiday allowance and pension scheme

* The chance to genuinely transform a child's future in a one-to-one care environment
